Web orders ship FedEx or UPS parcel. Freight quotes available by phone for oversize and bulk orders. Customer carrier accounts welcome. Alaska, Hawaii, and international by arrangement.

Carriers and methods
Web orders ship FedEx or UPS parcel.
Most stocked roll sizes, sheet boxes, ink cartridges, and printer accessories ship parcel through our standard FedEx and UPS pipeline.
Freight and LTL — call for a quote.
Orders that exceed parcel limits — typically 8 to 10 rolls or more, or any oversize roll — ship via LTL freight. Freight quotes are arranged through a phone consultation so we can match the carrier, service level, and packing method to the shipment. Call 303-759-5129 with the product, quantity, and destination and we will quote it.
Use your own carrier account.
If you have a negotiated FedEx or UPS rate, enter your account number at checkout or call it in. Many production shops with their own freight programs prefer this.
Alaska and Hawaii
We ship to Alaska and Hawaii. We recommend using a freight forwarder of your choice to keep cost down — call us and we will walk through the options.
International
International shipments are arranged case by case. Email info@bigdogmediasolutions.com with the destination country and order details and we will quote it.
Shipping rates
Shipping is charged at listed or calculated rates based on package size, weight, and destination. There is no free shipping. If you want to control the carrier cost directly, use your own FedEx or UPS account at checkout.
Refunds on shipping
Shipping charges are not refundable unless the shipping error was caused by Big Dog (wrong address on our side, mis-shipment, mis-pack, or carrier issue we set up).
Replacement shipping
Replacement orders ship ground by default. We do not guarantee that replacement orders will ship express or overnight, even when the original order shipped at a faster service level.
